We just had Kyle and Richard here to install an air exchanger. Very polite and helpful when we asked questions. They explained the unit when they were done; how it worked and a few things to change if we needed to. Based on three work I certainly would not hesitate to recommend either of them to do work in any home.

I recently had to replace the furnace in my home and decided to go with Delta for the job. The experience has been excellent.The initial consultation with Matt was pleasant and thorough. I received several options with competitive quotes and was able to pick the one that best suited my needs and budget. Tammy coordinated the installation quickly. The installation process itself was fantastic. The crew, Kyle and Richard, showed up right on time and were able to finish up everything in about 5 hours: old furnace was taken out, new furnace put in, and the work area was cleaned up. They were very professional and courteous all throughout.I would highly recommend Delta to anyone.

Liam B and Fabio from Delta Air Systems were a dynamic duo! Work was done in a timely fashion and both were professional and took the time to explain how our new furnace and thermostat worked. Jason also helped troubleshoot an old existing duct problem and efficiently worked his way through our home until he found the problem. I had Tyler here last week to provide a maintenance check on our Carrier boiler furnace and attend to a problem with our direct vent fireplace. Tyler was extremely helpful and explained in detail every aspect of his visit, providing technical information as he diagnosed the fireplace problem. A co-op student accompanied Tyler on the visit and it was duly noted that he was treated with respect and provided with useful insights and helpful hints while he worked along with Tyler. I will be calling Delta from here on in, and asking for Tyler by name. Very impressed by this service call.

We recently had a great experience with Delta Air Systems in replacing our old furnace and AC.Everything from start to finish was smooth and well done. Tanya was very professional with providing and explaining various options and features. Communicating with her was a pleasure, there was no pressure at all. She was open to answer any questions on the matter even on weekend days.The installation crew (Liam B. and Fabio) did an excellent job of removing the old furnace and AC and installing the new units. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing information about the work done and helpful tips on taking care of the installed equipment.Finally, Tammy registered the equipment with the manufacturer and sent the invoice allowing a convenient option to pay in two installments.We highly recommend Delta Air Systems to our friends, neighbors, and others.Yury & Alena

We were pleased with the service of Delta Air Services. They installed a new furnace and AC unit so quickly. We were so please with Richard and Kyle's expertise. They were also very polite and courteous. They had done the install with little disruption to the household. By mid-day the furnace was operation and running overnight. We are so happy with the service from Delta Air Systems.

While exploring vendors for gas fireplace services it was clear that Delta Air Systems were up front and honest by displaying a price and stated the services provided for that price. This carried all the way through to the Service Dept that confirmed same. From the person who answer the phone/ service adviser/ to service person there seemed to be an excellent customer service culture in this company. Braedon the tech who came out, listened to what i told him about currentStatus of fireplace and went about his work efficiently. I was called into room for the Final adjustments on flame, testing of remote and general cleanliness to insure satisfaction.I would highly recommend Delta Air System - Great Job Braedon Thanks

Very happy with the service we received with the purchase and installation of our new furnace and AC. Tanya took the time to squeeze us into her schedule last minute and come out to give us a quote as well as explain to us (in terms that we could understand) all the different systems available. Unlike some of the other companies that came to give us quotes she did not try to pressure us into an up-sale.During the installation, Liam and Fabio were very careful and considerate about cleaning up after themselves and not causing any damage when removing the old system. They were accommodating when it came time to let the dog out into the yard for a washroom break. Liam was very helpful in answering any questions that I had and ensuring that I understood how to use the new system.Tammy made invoicing and payment a breeze. The option to pay over the phone and split up the payment was very convenient. It also allowed for us to earn extra points on our credit card 😊If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% go with Delta and you should too!

The team at Delta Air Systems knows their stuff! They were able to diagnose my problem, provided equipment replacement options at competitive prices AND they were able to replace my unit the very next day. My technicians Jason and Steven were courteous, professional, put protection down on my floors to keep things clean and made recommendations for future upgrades and services that would extend the life of my heating and cooling equipment. All around the Delta team did a great job and I will be using them again for my service and heating/cooling equipment needs. When you need heating or cooling service I recommend calling the folks at Delta Air Systems!

We had a heat pump installed and things went very well from beginning to end. First, Matt came out, looked at our place, ask questions, put together an excellent quote with options, and was there to clarify some points. Liam B. and Fabio came with a team to do the installation. They were friendly and considerate, worked efficiently, and left the place in good condition. The. unit looked well installed, a sign of good workmanship. We would highly recommend this company.

This was our first annual service after having purchasing our service plan. We received a call to book the service on the furnace and air conditioning. There were many options if dates to choose from. Braedon called when he was on his way as requested. He arrived on time for the service and explained everything that he did. Great service and definitely recommend the service plan for peace of mind.

Treated as I was a friend and not just a customerI would like to thank the whole team at Delta Air for the best experience I've ever had with a heating and cooling company (and I dealt with at least 3). From customer service, sales to accounting, all of you guys looked after my situation with great care. You know how to listen and you are very good at what you do. It was not easy to figure it out the cause and you didn't jump to just change both the furnace and the water heater to solve the problem. Excellent work from Delta Air specifically by Kyle and Richard. They installed the A/C quickly and explained to me every step of the way what they were going to do. Once completed they walked me through a full review of the unit and the work completed as well as what maintenance was required. The entire job was neat and clean and they identified for me all electrical lines, cooling lines and condensate lines installed plus a review of the electrical breaker panel. Both installers also explained to me about the maintenance program available through Delta including the filter maintenance for the circulating air. I would recommend Delta Air Systems and this team for any work you may need for your home heating and cooling. True professionals!Thank-you Kyle and Richard!!

The full team at Delta were wonderful to work with. Starting with Jamie in sales, he was quick to reply and provide a quote and follow up on additional questions as well. Once purchased, the installation team- Kyle, Richard and Brodie were also great! They powered through working in the rain and were meticulous in their work. Jamie also popped out to check on things during the installation. We are very happy with the product and service provided by Delta!

Our air conditioner failed on one of the hottest days last week and we requested an consult with Delta immediately and Matt, a representative from Delta contacted us early the next day. We met and he examined our system and sent us three quotes that same day. We chose the unit we wanted and that same day, Tammy, from Delta, scheduled an installation for Friday, but a opening came up for Thursday and we took it of course!The installers, Kyle and Richard showed up on time Thursday morning and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. Whoever installed the old heat exchanger did a pretty sloppy job, but the Delta installers replaced the heat exchanger and the new the one was neat and you could tell it was done properly. Before they left, they tested all the components, replaced the thermostat and made sure the system was working properly. They left the furnace room looking clean and a lot neater than they found it.We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by the whole Delta team.
