We had been renting our furnace and air conditioner from a different well known home comfort company for 10 years and had finally decided it was time to get out of the rental game and buy a new furnace and air conditioner. So we reached out to the home comfort company that we had been a customer of for the 10 years and asked them what we would need to do to terminate our rental contract and instead purchase a new furnace and a/c system from THEM. They told us that someone would get back to us within 3 days to discuss further. The three days passed, and then 3 weeks passed and finally when 3 months had passed without hearing back from them, we decided they did not want to retain us as customers and looked for another company in town.That other company ended up being Delta Air Systems. We submitted a form online and within an hour, Jamie from Delta Air reached out to us to discuss further. From there it was nothing but very pleasant and helpful calls and email exchanges where Jamie helped us choose the perfect Lennox system. Not only did we get exceptional Lennox quality, but Jamie also helped us choose a quality system that met our budget and price range.Once we finalized on the system we wanted, the Delta Air install department then arranged to have the system installed on the day that we wanted. We subsequently decided to change the install date, and once again the install department was very accommodating and set up the new date for us right away.The weekend prior to the install date we had a massive snow storm and we were certain that Delta Air would either not be able to do the install on our preferred date or would end up putting in the furnace but not the a/c given how cold it was and how much snow was on the ground. But no, that is not what happened.Eric B. and Stephen were the two installers that Delta Air sent out and they were fantastic. Both Eric and Stephen were very professional and pleasant. They were also very hard working and just kept on chugging even though it was so cold and awful outside. On day 1 of the install, Eric and Stephen took out the rental furnace and put it in the garage. Then they took time and care to install our new wonderful Lennox furnace along with the smart thermostat that we wanted. By the end of day 1 our house was nice and toasty with no hiccups.Day 2 was extra cold outside but again, Eric B. and Stephen arrived early and got right to work on the a/c. The old rental a/c was dug out of the snow and in the garage within a few hours and then once again Eric and Stephen took time and care to install our new Lennox a/c even though it was just brutal outside. And just like day 1, they were completely professional and pleasant about it.All in all our experience with Delta Systems was excellent from beginning to end. Thank you to Jamie, Eric B., Stephen and the wonderful people at the Delta Air install department for a very easy and hassle free experience.

Those guys are simply awesome! I wish they can go full service and I will let them take care of everything in my house.My 18 year old furnace finally decided to retire on the first Sunday of Feb when it was really cold and I have young kids. I immediately called four local reputable home heating contractors, including Costco and Delta (It ends up Costco is using Delta, so three). Jamie Hann is the sales person who answered my phone. I ended up deciding to replacing both furnace and AC as a bundle. He provided me options from budget to performance, and was able to educate me the key difference. He was so patient and made tons of quotes for me and also promised me to get the furnace in on Tuesday if I can make the decision before Monday night. Once I decided what I want, I asked all three contractors to quote. Delta ended being 1k+ cheaper than the other guys, which made me a bit worry about the quality of the service.I took a leap of faith and I got a Luxes for the price of a Toyota. My installers are Eric and Stephen. They are nice and patient and answers all my questions. The craftsmanship is supreme. After the installation, the unit fits in as if it were the original. Everything is perfectly measured. No tape at all. They used thick mat for all metal sheet connections not only providing better seal but also absorb vibrations. The way piping, joints and wiring layout are not only functional but also ecstatic. Here comes the bonus - they install a unit so that my HVAC and humidifier talk to the thermostat too. I don't need to manually turn down the humidifier when it is too cold outside to prevent sweat inside of the glass panel. The HVAC will kick in when furnace is up and running to better circulate the air in home. The market value of this unit is about 200 bucks. I never ask for it, it was not in the original quote as a separated item, but I got it with no cost because Delta considers it as part of the "bundle". The system is now truly smart and does everything for me. The furnace Jamie recommended exceeds my expectations too. Now my home is more evenly heated. It is much better than my 18 year old veteran.It is too early to talk about AC I will edit as summer comes.After the installation is done, Eric and Stephen cleaned my basement for any debris. I can't be more happy about it!

Being a realtor for 45 years, you meet many trades people along the way I always feel treat people the way you would want to be treated and Delta Air Systems Install Department I would recommend them to anyone over some of the fly-by-night companies, courteous on time and knowledgable all in one. Nice guys do doing the installation. Asked how I would like things set up (eg whether the filter replacement should face front or back). Cleaned everything up nicely. Came during the scheduled arrival time, had everything they needed. Walked me through the new thermostat and helped set up the mobile app. Experiences like this are why I've dealt with Delta Air Systems for years. Thanks, Liam and Eric!

My 30 year old furnace finely saw it's last days and Tanya of Delta had me up and running with a new furnace the very next day, she explained the best heating solutions for me to choose from. The technicians Eric and Stephen I found highly skilled and above all calm, friendly and hard workers. They let me know what was happening. Also the clean up afterwards was perfect, Thank you. I had an issue with my furnace and initially contacted another company since we had a service plan with them. They said it couldn’t be fixed and needed to be replaced. I then reached out to Delta Air Systems for a second opinion. Everything went smoothly, and the technician, Braedon, was able to check and repair it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent service from Delta Air Systems & Braedon —I highly recommend calling them for HVAC issues/install.

I got Delta Air Systems furnace installed couple of days ago. They were great with their professional and friendly service. Tanya knew what type of furnace I needed. Installers Eric and Stephen installed the furnace and they explained what they did. Once the furnace was installed they explained how to use the furnace and programmed the new thermostat for me. They deserve a 5 star review.

We had a wonderful experience with Jamie Hann, a Delta Air Systems Sales representative. Our furnace stopped working after 16½ yrs so we needed a replacement. Jamie came to the rescue. He was professional, knowledgeable and confident in the products Delta had to offer. His experience in both installation and sales helped us to make a faster decision on which unit was right for our home. Everything was evaluated and within minutes we had all the information necessary to proceed with the order. The next day, contractors Dan and Richard came out to do the installation. They were friendly, respectful and worked non-stop from start to finish. The job was precise and everything was cleaned before they left. Dan and Richard was kind enough to go through all the details of the new unit. We are grateful Delta Air Systems installed our new furnace with peace of mind. Thank you to everyone!

They showed up when they said they would. I ordered a full furnace inspection & cleaning. Braedon went over everything told me where there might be a future issue ( but not bad enough now). He advised that my furnace was very clean and l didn't need a full cleaning. He charged the base rate saving me $50.He answered all my questions and gave me advice on my water heater maintenence too.I'm very satisfied with Delta. They will continue to be my goto HVAC company.

I’m a lucky home owner that got close to 28 years out of my first new Lennox HVAC system before it gave up. Called Delta after googling local companies online given the last company I used no longer exists. I can see why Delta has high reviews. #1 a person answers the phone. #2 an appointment was booked for a tech to come and see what was wrong. Megan called ahead of time to let me know she was running early. Awesome. Came out and gave me bad/but expected news followed up by Matt in sales that afternoon in person to give me options on a new system. Slept a few days on it while getting a few other quotes and decided to go with Delta. Matt followed up with me via email and phone and was available to answer all questions. Installation of new system was arranged right away being without heat early November I was bumped in priority.Removal of old system and install was headed by Eric’s team. Very personable crew that come across as enjoying what they do and knowledgeable. And if they didn’t know they asked to give me an answer. Slick and tidy installation. Liam went over the “high tech” thermostat and phone app with me and we got it all sorted.Few months later and am pretty happy with the new Smart heat pump /furnace system.

Our on-furnace whole-home humidifier was not working. Worked with Delta Air Systems service to get a good replacement and they installed it next day. Liam and Fabio installed the General Aire 4200PFT. They were polite, quick and professional and did a great job on the installation. They laid down runners to protect our floors and cleaned everything up after. They did a good job of explaining how to maintain it and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

BRAEDON just left my house having thoroughly serviced my furnace and repaired a broken exhaust pipe. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, efficient and cordial. The price I paid for this work was reasonable. Delta installed the furnace a few years ago and have been servicing it since then. I would highly recommend Delta Air Systems to anyone.

Liam B and Fabio installed our furnace at the church. I cannot say enough about what an excellent job they did. They arrived on time, and were finished before their estimated time of completion. They answered every question we had in a friendly manor; and when they left, the area they worked in was cleaner then when they had arrived. If someone were to ask me if there were there any problems, I would say, without hesitation, that there was not. I would highly recommend them.

I have needed a few HVAC systems over the last 10 years across different houses and Delta has always come through with a competitive price and the best customer service (no exaggeration, best customer service). I was returning from a trip and went to turn up the heat in my house remotely and found that the heater had not been working. I called Delta and they were able to get a tech out same day. Turned out it was best to replace the unit. They were able to get an estimator out that night and have me scheduled in for a new furnace the following day. Incredible. Kyle and Richard were the installers and did a great job. We have heat again just in time for the colder weather.I recommend Delta to all my family and friends over the years who have needed HVAC help and they have all said the same thing about the great customer service. It's what sets them apart.

Excellent service, start to finish. We had some codes come up on our thermostat and our furnace was not heating properly. Based on positive reviews, I contacted Delta Air Systems for diagnosis. The technician, Tyler, arrived that same day and spent time assessing the unit and explaining the process as I watched.The furnace was 18 years old and required substantial repair. I was provided an estimate for repair and also the option of replacing the unit. We opted to replace.Our salesperson, Tanya, arrived that same evening and discussed our needs. No up selling and no pushiness. We received quotes the very next morning ranging from value, good, better and best. Tanya explained the process in detail and we had a clear understanding of what option best met our needs Tanya was there to answer all of our questions along the way and ensure our needs were met.We made our selection, and the installation team of Kyle and Richard arrived the next day. Kyle and Richard were friendly and highly competent. They laid down a runner to protect our floors and got straight to work removing the old unit and installing the new furnace. Our requirements were to have a new thermostat installed which would work with the existing humidifier, furnace and AC. The team ran into some snags getting the humidifier thermostat control set up but handled it like true pros and got it all working beautifully. They took the time to address any questions and Kyle showed me the work that was done on the installation. Kyle went above and beyond with the workmanship on the job, ensuring extra drains were in place to divert any condensation and to increase the service life of the unit as well as cleaning up some sloppy adjacent work from the previous installation. Once everything was explained, Kyle and Richard cleaned up and left the place spotless. I highly recommend Delta for HVAC needs and will be using them from here on out as well as recommending to friends and family. An excellent family run local business who does not sub-contract their work and operating with honesty and integrity. A rarity these days.

New to Kitchener area and my first experience with Delta Air. Cannot say enough about the entire team that helped me out. Huge compliments go out to Megan the technician, Tanya who provided the quote, and of course huge thank you to Liam B and Fabio. This team provided professional service along with great helpful information in a very friendly and timely manner. Liam and Fabio did an amazing job with the install and took great care of my home as they wielded large furnace pieces through my small home. Just had a new furnace installed by Steve & Cole. The initial quote was fair, all-inclusive, and without any upselling or unexpected additions. The install itself was clean and professional, and they were happy to answer any questions I had along the way, even those not directly related to the install. No regrets, and will happily call Delta first should I need anything in the future.

We just had Kyle and Richard here to install an air exchanger. Very polite and helpful when we asked questions. They explained the unit when they were done; how it worked and a few things to change if we needed to. Based on three work I certainly would not hesitate to recommend either of them to do work in any home.

I recently had to replace the furnace in my home and decided to go with Delta for the job. The experience has been excellent.The initial consultation with Matt was pleasant and thorough. I received several options with competitive quotes and was able to pick the one that best suited my needs and budget. Tammy coordinated the installation quickly. The installation process itself was fantastic. The crew, Kyle and Richard, showed up right on time and were able to finish up everything in about 5 hours: old furnace was taken out, new furnace put in, and the work area was cleaned up. They were very professional and courteous all throughout.I would highly recommend Delta to anyone.
