The team at Delta Air Systems knows their stuff! They were able to diagnose my problem, provided equipment replacement options at competitive prices AND they were able to replace my unit the very next day. My technicians Jason and Steven were courteous, professional, put protection down on my floors to keep things clean and made recommendations for future upgrades and services that would extend the life of my heating and cooling equipment. All around the Delta team did a great job and I will be using them again for my service and heating/cooling equipment needs. When you need heating or cooling service I recommend calling the folks at Delta Air Systems!

We had a heat pump installed and things went very well from beginning to end. First, Matt came out, looked at our place, ask questions, put together an excellent quote with options, and was there to clarify some points. Liam B. and Fabio came with a team to do the installation. They were friendly and considerate, worked efficiently, and left the place in good condition. The. unit looked well installed, a sign of good workmanship. We would highly recommend this company.

This was our first annual service after having purchasing our service plan. We received a call to book the service on the furnace and air conditioning. There were many options if dates to choose from. Braedon called when he was on his way as requested. He arrived on time for the service and explained everything that he did. Great service and definitely recommend the service plan for peace of mind.

Treated as I was a friend and not just a customerI would like to thank the whole team at Delta Air for the best experience I've ever had with a heating and cooling company (and I dealt with at least 3). From customer service, sales to accounting, all of you guys looked after my situation with great care. You know how to listen and you are very good at what you do. It was not easy to figure it out the cause and you didn't jump to just change both the furnace and the water heater to solve the problem. Excellent work from Delta Air specifically by Kyle and Richard. They installed the A/C quickly and explained to me every step of the way what they were going to do. Once completed they walked me through a full review of the unit and the work completed as well as what maintenance was required. The entire job was neat and clean and they identified for me all electrical lines, cooling lines and condensate lines installed plus a review of the electrical breaker panel. Both installers also explained to me about the maintenance program available through Delta including the filter maintenance for the circulating air. I would recommend Delta Air Systems and this team for any work you may need for your home heating and cooling. True professionals!Thank-you Kyle and Richard!!

The full team at Delta were wonderful to work with. Starting with Jamie in sales, he was quick to reply and provide a quote and follow up on additional questions as well. Once purchased, the installation team- Kyle, Richard and Brodie were also great! They powered through working in the rain and were meticulous in their work. Jamie also popped out to check on things during the installation. We are very happy with the product and service provided by Delta!

Our air conditioner failed on one of the hottest days last week and we requested an consult with Delta immediately and Matt, a representative from Delta contacted us early the next day. We met and he examined our system and sent us three quotes that same day. We chose the unit we wanted and that same day, Tammy, from Delta, scheduled an installation for Friday, but a opening came up for Thursday and we took it of course!The installers, Kyle and Richard showed up on time Thursday morning and did a great job removing the old unit and installing the new one. Whoever installed the old heat exchanger did a pretty sloppy job, but the Delta installers replaced the heat exchanger and the new the one was neat and you could tell it was done properly. Before they left, they tested all the components, replaced the thermostat and made sure the system was working properly. They left the furnace room looking clean and a lot neater than they found it.We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by the whole Delta team.

Delta is always my first call and they never disappoint. Today I replaced my 20 year old air conditioner. The new unit looks great on a new level pad they installed at the side of the house. They took the time to explain the installation, maintenance, regular operation. They were also very kind to my pets who were quite interested in what was going on. 🙂

Jamie (Sales) was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to identifying the problem with my home AC/Furnace. He took his time measuring, discussing pro's/con's of replacement options, and went out of his way to provide detailed quotes in a timely manner. Arthur (installer) and his crew was very professional and competent in their work. The setup and cleanup was done well. They asked questions along the way to make sure that I was comfortable with all their decisions. At the end of the job, they took the time to walk me thru the system and provided tutorial on how to manage the new thermostat and AC. This was the best decision our family has made in choosing Delta.

Phoned early on a Monday morning as the AC system was not working properly. Pleasant and helpful phone call, asked good questions re what was wrong and then advised I would receive a service call Monday afternoon after 3pm. Shortly after 3pm Braedon arrived, pleasant, polite and started diagnostics straight away. Identified problem, explained solutions and sought approval, and then showed me what to check on in case problem came back ( the AC system was installed by Delta 27 years ago, this was first problem). So Braedon was helpful, worked quickly and was successful in fixing the problem. It is good to have knowledgeable and helpful people who both take the call and fix the problem. We were looking for a company to install a heat pump to replace our aging gas furnace. We obtained three quotes and Delta provided the best price, in one case many thousand dollars less than another local competitor.However, it is the service that truly impressed us. Tanya was outstanding. She took the time to explain the mechanics, the cost inputs and the applicable rebates. The installation crew did a great job putting in the heat pump and a back up gas furnace. Tanya then came back to tweak the thermostat and review our venting system to maximize air flow to the most important rooms.We are very pleased with the heat pump system and highly recommend Delta Air Systems.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish! Tanya was very helpful and responsive during the entire quoting process, and even helped resolve a last minute install change I wanted to make. After chatting with the install crew and her, within 5 minutes, they had confirmed the change and it was underway with no Hassel whatsoever.Scott, Savanah, and Jay were all extremely professional while installing our new heat pump and air handler. They were respectful of our house and the entire system looks great. Very clean lines and ductwork.Overall, I would highly recommend working with Delta. It's rare to find such a great team like this!

I recently had an issue with my thermostat and couldn’t switch it over as I had a Lennox AC/furnace so it wouldn’t take a regular thermostat. I called delta and the lady on the phone who helped me several times figuring it out was excellent. She was very informative and was not monotone, was a very pleasant conversation. She booked me in for the next opening. Braedon was the gentleman who serviced my furnace and thermostat. He was fantastic, friendly and did the servicing very quickly. Fantastic company I would totally recommend them.
