Single Unit on Delta Assure ( $19.99+hst/Month ) OR Two Pieces Furnace & A/C Delta Assure ($39.99+hst/Month) 

Add your humidifier for an additional $7.50+hst/Month  to either option above

    + Remove and clean blower and motor for furnace, clean condenser coil for AC.
    + Clear and flush all drain lines.
    + Clock gas input and confirm proper firing rate for furnace, check and tighten all electrical connections for AC.
    *Labour protection is not available on fireplaces
