The Daikin Fit system is made up of the newly designed outdoor unit, Daikin’s range of communicating furnaces, new aluminum evaporator coil and a new Daikin premier air filter. Combined, this equipment provides year-round home comfort that can’t be beaten.
Outdoor Condenser
This revolutionary unit uses a proprietary inverter swing compressor that increases efficiency, reliability and helps dampen sound levels. A variable speed DC fan helps with additional energy efficiency and sound dampening. To keep the coils clean, the outdoor system is treated with Blue Fin corrosion coating.
Communicating Furnace
The new Fit connects with the full range of Daikin communicating gas furnaces (96% – 97% AFUE) with upflow, downflow and horizontal connections available. These furnaces have a tubular gas heat exchange and use wrinkle bend technology.
Evaporator Coil
Daikin’s new evaporator coils are compatible with the Fit, so you can take advantage of these units that come standard with their own PCB board, all-aluminum evaporator coils and electronic expansion valve.
Air Filter
To improve indoor air quality, the Fit system can be used with the new Daikin MERV 15 air filter, which removes more than 87% of particles down to 0.3 microns.
