Qualifications:
Residential:
- 1-3 years experience servicing HVAC equipment
- Gas Technician 2 or 3, ODP certification, 313A,D journeyman or apprentice
- Strong understanding of electrical/electronic circuits and troubleshooting
- Comfortable using mobile dispatching tools, applications and software (e.g. cell phone, iPad)
- Strong customer and people focus, professional and calm in all situations
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license and own trade tools/PPE
Commercial:
- 5+ years experience servicing HVAC equipment
- Gas Technician 1 or 2, ODP certification, 313A Journeyman required, 309A is an asset
- Experience with BAS/BMS, VAV, VFD, VRF is a strong asset
- Comfortable using mobile dispatching tools, applications and software (e.g. cell phone, iPad)
- Strong customer and people focus, professional and calm in all situations
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license and own trade tools/PPE
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing scheduled maintenance of HVAC System including installing, replacing, adjusting and calibrating all major components
- Responding to unplanned or emergency maintenance, repairs and inspections of HVAC systems
- Completing and filing all related paperwork accurately and on time
- Consistently meeting job budgets and service agreements
- Working with the rest of the Service team to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Performing all work according to proper trade practices, safety standards and Delta Air Systems best practices
